Long shipping times poorly packed

So it took 2.5 weeks to receive two jugs of the laundry detergent and it came poorly packed in a dented box. I tried contacting customer service due to this, but never received any response. Will not be reordering!

This stuff is amazing. I just washed my sheets and comforter with this laundry detergent. My whole bedroom smells amazing and the sheets are like slipping into a little bit of heaven. Seriously, no exaggeration. I gave my friend a hard time when she told me how much she spent on laundry detergent until I bought a small sample bottle just to see what all the fuss was about.
