That smell

The smell was divine. I expected the detergent to be thicker than it was, it’s quite runny. Normally detergent isn’t that watery. Kinda confused about that. People say to mix it with another detergent that is free of scent so to make it last longer, I think this company needs to make the detergent thicker so you don’t have to do that! Not sure if I’ll order again. I just can’t get over the fact that it’s so liquidity.

Works as expected

Tried the Diva scent, which was fine, but I might prefer another fragrance. Will give one a try with my next candle order.

Barely any smell- Wishlist

We originally tried Diva as a gift for Christmas and we loved it. So we went to buy more. I read all the descriptions of the scents thoroughly, and chose a few scents. This one, Wishlist, doesn't smell at all. It's so subtle, it can't be detected. I emailed customer service about possibly exchanging for a different scents and they said once it's been opened, there's no returns/exchanges. That was all they said, not "sorry", not "gosh that's not what we stand by, let's look into that". How would anyone know if the scent was "off" or sub-par unless they OPENED THE CAP??? The customer service was so crappy, I'm not buying again unless it's a scent I know is good, which is only diva because it's all I've tried that I know is good and performs well.
