    Received wrong scent

    Over a month ago I placed an order for my detergent and received the wrong scent. I ordered Diva and received high maintenance. I emailed and received a reply from Holley who instructed me to mail back. When asked if she could assist with return shipping she never responded back. So I just kept the wrong one and placed another order and that was 11 days ago and still have not received my package. So over a month ago I ordered Diva scent laundry detergent and still have not received it. I doubt seriously I will ever purchase anything else from this company and thanks a lot Holley for your poor service.

    Disappointing. Half of my order was canceled because they over sold and ran out of stock/ won’t h...

    I ordered at the end of November. I now have to figure something out last minute because half my order is not going to be coming. It’s more frustrating when I emailed to check on my order when I hadn’t received it by the 14th/15th, I got a reply saying “we fulfilled your order 14 days ago please leave a review”. I got a call after I left a review, that they had sold out and they would not have more. They obviously hadn’t filled it 14 days ago if they “ran out of stock” but no one let me know that my order was not coming (which is my big issue). Even after my inquiring emails. They will refund the other half of my order but have not received that yet either. The lady that called me was nice and offered me a refund to fix it, but it does not make up for the lack of the communication and the bind I am now in 5 days before Christmas with no refund yet.
