Do not order from this site

First, it took quite a while for my shipment to arrive. When it finally did, part of my order was missing. On top of that, I received an email asking me to rate a product that I never received. I’ve sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue, but no one has responded. There’s also no phone number listed on the website to speak with someone directly. The site appears to be a Shopify storefront, which makes me question whether this is truly affiliated with The Tyler Company or if someone is misrepresenting the brand. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience with no resolution in sight.

Love the scent everyone how come into my home compliments the smell… I did notice the scent was as concentrated as it was before not sure why

I bought myself and my daughters some for Mother’s Day, and we all love it!! I’ve never smelled anything so wonderful for clothes!

Not sure if it is the original diva wash

I purchased from a local retailer and the bottle was sealed and the detergent smelled amazing. When I received from cozy modern the bottle was not sealed and was not as strong as the local boutique almost like it had something add in it wasn’t same color as the original one I purchased
