I purchased $71 worth of detergent recently, and because I had just moved, I forgot to update my shipping address before checkout. That mistake was mine, and I fully own it.
My frustration is not with the ordering error, but with the complete lack of customer service afterward. I called twice, left detailed voicemails, sent an email, and even contacted FedEx for assistance. FedEx informed me that only the shipper could update the delivery address, and I reached out before the package was shipped. Despite my efforts, I received no response from the company.
Now, the package is set to be delivered tomorrow to my old address, meaning someone else will likely enjoy my $71 worth of detergent.
I genuinely like the product, especially the Cowboy scent, but the lack of communication and support has been incredibly disappointing. Customer service matters just as much as the product itself. Once a company has a customer’s money, that should not be the end of the relationship.
A business should value happy, repeat customers by providing support when issues arise. Loyal customers return for years and recommend products to others. All I wanted was assistance or even basic communication, and unfortunately, this company failed in that regard.
