Never received my order!

I placed an order on Aug.20th, almost one month later and I have yet to receive anything. I have emailed several times with no response. I did call and the girl who answered was very friendly and promised to fulfill my order asap, that was 2 weeks ago.

No Customer Service or Support

Candles were delivered on 9/2/23. The mulled spice candle was shattered. I took photos and emailed CozyModern the details and asked for a reply. There was no response so on 9/6/23 I duplicated the email and asked for a replacement or refund. By 9/8/23 with still no response I contacted the Oklahoma BBB.
