NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

I’ve emailed, sent messages, and even spoke to them on the phone several times. They keep saying they’ll ship out the order, even said they’d refund the order. Still have not gotten either.

That smell

The smell was divine. I expected the detergent to be thicker than it was, it’s quite runny. Normally detergent isn’t that watery. Kinda confused about that. People say to mix it with another detergent that is free of scent so to make it last longer, I think this company needs to make the detergent thicker so you don’t have to do that! Not sure if I’ll order again. I just can’t get over the fact that it’s so liquidity.

Tried the Diva scent, which was fine, but I might prefer another fragrance. Will give one a try with my next candle order.
