Wrong Product Received-

I placed over a $200 order & was sent the wrong scent. Tried multiple times to resolve/ send back & was unsuccessful in talking to a live person. Someone sent an email saying they would send me return labels & I never heard back from them after multiple attempts from myself.
I dont even like the scent they sent me & had to order my original scent from a different vendor.
This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with an order from here however my 1st issue was resolved.

This has been the worst experience with this company by far, I have had an open claim for FIFTEEN DAYS that they are not responding to for refund, and they don’t even have the decency to respond to my Customer Service related emails before a claim was even filed. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to conduct business, and I will be making the reviews reflect this inconvenience until I am contacted, so no one else will endure this type of loss. I see looking through reviews, this is happening to more than just myself currently with this company now, which is a huge red flag. Do not give your business to a company that cannot even contact you for their errors needing correcting. Terrible.

package was never received

This package was discovered damaged, and the box was empty according to UPS. The claim is between Cozy Modern and UPS. I am still waiting to hear from Cozy Modern about a resolution.
