GLAMOROUS GIFT SUITE IV®

I ordered these sets at the end of November. They never sent my order because “they didn’t have anymore” so they just didn’t send anything I ordered and did not communicate anything to me. Fast forward to me having to leave multiple reviews just to get them to contact me back, I FINALLY received part of my order on Dec 20th. I’ve been told multiple times I will be refunded, that’s gone on for almost 2 weeks. It’s the first of the year now and they finally sent a refund email for ONE product they “didn’t have” (still have them listed for sale on the website though🙄). But I won’t get that for up to ten days as of this morning, when I was told last week it would be processed, it still was not taken care of!
And they didn’t even refund the other one after all this hassle. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD DEALING WITH A COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They should’ve issued refunds at the beginning of December when they realized they had no product to distribute. Instead I’m still having to constantly email them to get my money back a month later. Ridiculous.
