No Customer Service or Support

Candles were delivered on 9/2/23. The mulled spice candle was shattered. I took photos and emailed CozyModern the details and asked for a reply. There was no response so on 9/6/23 I duplicated the email and asked for a replacement or refund. By 9/8/23 with still no response I contacted the Oklahoma BBB.

I received both candles but the mulled cider was broken in pieces. I immediately took pictures and emailed the company customer service. No reply! I waited a few days and emailed again with pics again asking for a replacement or refund. Again no reply.
I tried calling and received the message that the owner of the number had not set up a voice mailbox. I have made a complaint to the BBB in OK.
I will not recommend or do business with them in the future!
